Every year the PTA coordinates the school directory, and we need your help to make sure that this year’s directory is available as soon as possible. The directory is a great resource for anyone who would like to connect with other families in the school (for setting up carpools, birthday parties, playdates, etc.). However, it is the school’s policy not to publish personal information without verification.
As a result, each family will need to go online, verify, and SAVE their information to be included. The sooner everyone verifies their information or opts out, the sooner we can make the directory available.
If your family was in the Wyngate Directory last year:
- Option 1: You can go to atozconnect.com and log on with your email and password from last year. If you don’t remember your credentials, sign in with Facebook or Google. You can also go to the main log in page and click on Forgot Password. Follow the instructions in that email to reset your password.
- Option 2: Please be on the lookout for an email from email@example.com. You will need to follow the instructions to re-set your password and verify/save your entry. If your email has changed since last year, email the Wyngate Directory Committee at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your new email along with your student’s first and last name and your full name. We will then update your email in the directory so that you receive the email with instructions.
- Once you are logged in, you will be asked to complete the Verification Wizard using your desktop or mobile device. You will then be able to access the directory
If you are new to Wyngate or have not been in the Directory before:
- Option 1: Go to atozconnect.com and click on “Sign Up Now” at bottom of page, and enter required information (school zip code, school name, etc.)
- The system will search to see if you are in the database. If your email or phone number was found, a password reset link will be sent to your email. If no record is found for you, complete the form to send in your join request.
- Option 2: You can also send an email to the Wyngate Directory Committee at email@example.com and include the following:
- Your student’s first and last name and grade
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
We will add your family to the database, and you will be sent an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with your log in information. You can add additional information and complete the Verification Wizard.
