• Make a Donation to the PTA
  • Dues only cover about half of the PTA’s expenses, including cultural arts programming, instructional materials, classroom supplies and continuing education for our teachers.
  • Please consider making a tax-deductible donation of $50 PER STUDENT.

• Update Your Profile in the PTA’s School Directory; Deadline is September 20
  • The directory has class rosters, contact information for parents and staff, and more. You’ll want it to easily send birthday party invitations and quickly find the address when you have to pick up your child from an after-school play date.

  • The PTA’s Google Group gives you timely updates about school/PTA activities and

• Volunteer with the PTA
  • Without parent involvement, the PTA can’t provide the resources and events that make Wyngate so wonderful.
  • There are lots of options: daytime or evening; one-time or ongoing; leaders or helpers.

• Plan to Attend the Next PTA Meeting—October 3 at 7 pm in the Media Center
  • Join us to hear about the new math curriculum, get updates from the principal and PTA leaders, and have an opportunity to connect with fellow Wygnate parents.
  • The PTA provides complimentary babysitting for school-aged children.
  • Parents new to Wyngate are invited to a special reception that day at 8:00 am or 6:30 pm.

  • WyngatePTA.com lists after-school activities held at Wyngate.

  • Lost items with name labels are reunited with their owners by PTA volunteers. Unlabeled items go to the lost and found rack (outside the cafeteria) and if not claimed, are donated to charity.
